Excellent breakfast and many options. Great diner type food and local feel...a bit expensive for basic diner type breakfast but so is everything these days. Eggs Benedict prepared nicely. Worth visiting while in town at least once.

Best breakfast I've had at a restaurant in years. Eggs and toast we're good, coffee was perfect, bacon was crispy, home fries seasoned very well, and Belgian waffle was probably the best I've ever had. Only constructive criticism I could give was checking in for more refills or if there was anything I needed after my food came. No big deal, servers was very sweet and considerate. 10 out of 10 and highly recommend.

Wonderful breakfast today. We’re residents of Portland, but had never been to Sarah’s. Had the BLT Bennie and Corned Beef Hash. Bennie was great and that was the best Corned Beef Hash I’ve ever had! Very friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Can’t believe we’ve never gone after all these years! We’ll be back very soon!

Words cannot describe how absolutely delicious Sarah's is. First of all, the home fries are to die for, they're so crispy and seasoned to perfection!! Any special you order is guaranteed to be a flavor combination that you've been searching for your entire life. Don't sleep on Sarah's, in fact, get up even earlier than normal to take in all the quaint and cozy ambiance this spot has to offer. The wait staff are always in a good mood and super friendly too How could you not be when you're surrounded by smells so intoxicating?!

I'm not a big breakfast fan, but if Sarah's on Main was near my house, I'd be a weekly customer! Their home fries aren't like most breakfast home fries that are greasy and heart burning inducing, they're deliciously crispy. The staff and owners are extremely friendly, giving the entire restaurant an extremely relaxing mood to it. Highly recommend to anyone.

We stopped by for Sunday brunch. The place looks like someone’s house, but as we know, good things come in small packages. So glad we went in. The food is phenomenal! Made from scratch and so fresh! We ordered all three of their specials plus more for a party of three. Polished it all off because it was all so good, despite being super stuffed! A definite must-visit the next time we’re in the area!

Food was very creative and tasty however the service was inexcusably slow. Part of our order was forgotten. Nary a water glass or coffee cup was ever refilled. And when after waiting for over 45 minutes I explained that we needed our food urgently because of a call time for a performance we still had to wait another 20 minutes. I leave this review so that the wait staff will pay attention.

I don't know how long Sarah's has been here? I should know, I can't imagine how many times I've passed this place. Now it is practically a hole in the wall. Not very big at all, which is fine, there food is what we're here for. While I was under the impression that Sarah's had amazing coffee, it is not what they are known for. They offer just regular, decaf and iced as far as coffee goes. Now Sarah's is just breakfast and lunch. I was there late morning so was torn on what to eat. I decided on the sandwich named after the place, The Sarah. If you're looking at the menu they seem a little traditional in their breakfast options and some more modern healthy fixings. I was excited to see how they did things! So upon arrival of my sandwich I could barely wait, almost forgetting to snap a few pix. So in the first bite the bread had a really great crunch, there avocado was perfect egg was nice. The garlic spinach didn't have the flavor I was hoping for. The spinach was excellent, bit I just didn't taste the garlic. Could just have been me, I like a lot of garlic. Almost can't put to much...! While this was my first time here, but i'm sure I'll be back. There are more things on the menu I'd like to try. Prices aren't bad at all and they try to be as paperless as they can. Don't let my rating dissuade in considering this place. I would definitely get this sandwich again, even if I never try anything else. I may just ask for more garlic...
